From Monday to Friday, Napier Street Aged Care comes alive with activity and conversation, as we open our doors to older local residents who call in to enjoy a vibrant day programme designed to enhance social interaction and support ongoing independence.

Senior residents living in and around the City of Port Phillip are welcome to attend the Napier Street Community Day Centre. Before signing up to join a session, we encourage you to visit the centre first (or we can visit you at home), to ensure that our programmes will be able to meet your needs and interests.

Support

We aim to meet your individual needs and these can be discussed with the Day Centre Coordinator at any time.

Cost

Government funding may be available to clients who are over 65 under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, or the Home and Community Care Program, for those under 65 years old.
Clients may also join the programs privately at a cost of $55 per session.
