Visiting a loved one

Visits are always important, and we strongly encourage friends and family to drop in regularly. While we do not have specific visiting hours, please be aware that meal times can be busy and generally we suggest calling in between 10am and 8pm to fit in with residents rising in the morning and going to bed at night. Outside these times, please simply contact the care staff on duty first.

Family and friends visiting residents who are undergoing end-of-life care are, of course, welcome to visit any time.If you’re heading out on a day trip or a meal, we ask that you discuss this with the nurse on duty beforehand, as some residents have specific medication that must be taken. It’s also important that we have a record of where our residents are, for security reasons.
